“I have been using the Swytch Max Kit 16" for my daily commute and occasional trips. It's a great kit that is easy to use, smart and reliable. However, during the kit set-up, I faced the issue of a broken pedal sensor cable. Despite that, I love the Swytch Max Kit. During the kit set-up, I faced the issue of a broken pedal sensor cable. The Swytch Support team sent me the replacement items for free, which was great. However, the support process was slow and it took a long time for them to respond to my queries. Even after receiving an automated response with a ticket number, I had to wait for days, sometimes even weeks, to get a response from them. Many people have complained about the slow response time in the reviews, and I believe the company needs to improve its customer support procedures and responsiveness. Overall, I would highly recommend the Swytch Kit, but you need to be patient with their support team.”

I can extend the range to 20km if I turn off the power on the downhills and flat terrain. Overall, I'm happy the way it works for short commutes.”
