How Do I Order a Swytch Kit?
You can order a kit to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
For orders of our MAX+ powerpack, these are in stock for next working dispatch. Our MAX++ powerpacks are temporarily out of stock and will return again shortly.
For orders of our GO range of powerpacks, these will be delivered in November. with our next restock just a few weeks away.

Pre-order your Kit
Select your chosen kit type and place your pre-order today by paying just a deposit. You will receive a confirmation email confirming your purchase.

Complete your kit details via our Order Portal
Once you’ve placed your pre-order, you’ll be shortly invited at a later date to our Swytch Order Portal. Here, you can review the order you placed, add any optional accessories, and complete payment to finalise your order!

Sit tight
Sit tight as we begin preparing and manufacturing your order. You will be able to track your order using our order tracker.

Delivery!
Fit your Kit at home with our detailed online guides and videos, designed to make the process as quick and easy as possible.

Do I need to join the waitlist to order?
How long does the pre-order process take?
You no longer need to join a waitlist or go through the previous Order Portal experience.
Now – when you would like to purchase, simply go to the product page you wish to order to view the delivery times. If the product is in stock, this can be ordered for next working day delivery, if not, we will show when to expect delivery before you pay.
Simply go to your chosen page, select your wheel size and preferred powerpack range, and checkout!
Are there any subscription or ongoing costs for using the Swytch Kit?
Using the Swytch Kit does not require any subscriptions or ongoing costs. You make a one-time payment for the product, and you’re all set to go!
