Our throttle is compatible with all Swytch Kits and fits by sliding onto your handlebars. They are compatible with most standard handlebars, except drop bars. When you’re not pedalling, the throttle activates in “walk mode,” providing a gentle push at a speed of up to 6 km/h—perfect for starting up. While pedalling, engaging the throttle boosts the motor power to PAS level 5. This is helpful when you’re riding in battery-saving mode (e.g. PAS level 1) and approaching an incline, providing an instant power boost.

Universal Pedal Sensor For Bromptons

Includes a magnetic disc and pedal sensor, supplied with variations to fit pre-2013 and post-2013 Brompton models.
This universal setup is ideal if the standard Brompton-compatible magnetic disc does not fit your specific bike frame.

Gap of 4mm+: Use the regular spacers between the pedal arm and frame.
Gap of 2mm to 4mm: Use the thin spacer set.
Gap under 2mm: Install the magnetic disc without spacers, ensuring the arm is used to secure it.
