Complete your kit details via our Order Portal
Once you’ve placed your pre-order, you’ll be shortly invited at a later date to our Swytch Order Portal. Here, you can customise your kit by selecting options tailored to your specific bike such as wheel size and explore additional accessories to enhance your ride.

Sit tight as we begin preparing and manufacturing your order. If we have Kits in stock, quicker delivery time options will be shown at checkout for a smoother experience.

Do I need to join the waitlist to order?
As of December 2025 you no longer need to join a waitlist. You can pre-order directly at this link here.
How long does the pre-order process take?
When you place your initial order, we only require a small deposit to secure your price and delivery date. Following that, you will have approximately 1-2 weeks to complete your order details in our Order Portal. This includes confirming the specific wheel size and any other custom requirements. This process provides ample time to ensure all details are accurately finalised.
Are there any subscription or ongoing costs for using the Swytch Kit?
Using the Swytch Kit does not require any subscriptions or ongoing costs. You make a one-time payment for the product, and you’re all set to go!
