Refunds: Can I get my money back? Purchasing via the Swytch Technology website carries the same customer policy as similar pre-order platforms such as our partners at Indiegogo. We allow 14 days for you to cancel your pre-order and obtain a full refund, in case you simply change your mind. After this time, we are unable to offer a refund as your funds would have been processed to begin the manufacture of your order.

I’m eligible for a refund. How do I request one? You can initiate a refund claim, simply by filling out our refund request form here. Please just enter your name, address and reason for requesting a refund and a Swytch Team representative will email you within 48 hrs to confirm.

I’m not eligible for a refund but I want one. What do I do? Beyond the initial 14 days after your order has been placed, we are not able to refund you. In these case, your funds would have been allocated to our manufacturing team to process the next batch of Swytch kits for delivery. If you would like any further advice, please do email us directly at hello@swytchbike.com . It is possible for us to change the delivery address, if you decide to pass on your purchase or sell your item to another customer.

Refunded Pre-Orders If you meet the requirements for a refund, the amount will go back to your original credit or debit card. PayPal refunds can also be issued, if they are requested on time.

Returns: If I have a problem with my Kit, how can i Return it to you? We do not expect you to have any problems installing or using your new Swytch Kit. Should you have any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@swytchbike.com and a Swytch Team Member will be happy to help!
