Refunds: Can I get my money back?

We allow 14 days from the date of purchase for you to cancel your order and obtain a full refund, in case you simply change your mind.

I’m eligible for a refund. How do I request one?

You can initiate a refund claim by simply emailing support@swytchbike.com. Please provide your name, address and reason for requesting a refund and a Swytch Team representative will email you within 48 hrs to confirm.

I’m not eligible for a refund but I want one. What do I do?

Beyond the initial 14 days after your order has been placed, if you have received your order but you have not opened your delivery, please complete the form below and we can discuss the potential of a refund with you. If 14 days have passed and you have opened your order then we will not be able to process a refund for you.

Refunded Pre-Orders

If you meet the requirements for a refund, the amount will go back to your original credit or debit card. PayPal refunds can also be issued, if they are requested on time.

Returns: If I have a problem with my Kit, how can i Return it to you?

We do no expect you to have any problems installing or using your new Swytch Kit. Should you have any problems please don’t hesitate to contact us at support@swytchbike.com and a Swytch Team Member will be happy to help!
