Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy

Cancellation

Depending on what kind of purchase you made the cancellation policy is different. Please read whichever applies to you below.

 
Next-Day Delivery Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with a full refund before shipment. Once shipped, please read our Refund Policy.

 
Pre-order Estimated Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with a full refund 14 days from the date of purchase if you simply change your mind.

After the 14 days, your funds have been allocated towards the production of a Swytch Kit. We therefore, cannot provide you with a refund until after your kit has arrived. Please read our Refund policy below for more information.

 
Guaranteed Delivery Time Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with a full refund before shipment. We are happy for you to cancel your order beyond 14 days, as your funds have not been allocated to the production of a Swytch kit. Once shipped, please read our Refund Policy.

 
Custom Wheel Build Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order with a full refund 14 days from the date of purchase if you simply change your mind.

After the 14 days, your funds have been allocated towards the production of a Swytch Kit. We therefore, cannot provide you with a refund until after your kit has arrived. Please read our Refund policy below for more information.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

A refund can be requested once you are out of the cancellation period (subject to what kind of order you have made) and your kit has arrived. You can initiate a refund by completing the returns form or contacting support@swytchbike.com

Refunds can be requested within 28 days from the date of the delivery of your goods. You cannot return goods if they are used and you have attempted to fit the kit. All goods must return completely untouched and unused.

 
Returning your order to Swytch

In order to return the goods to Swytch you will need to have completed an online returns form, or emailed us at support@swytchbike.com.

You will then need to package the items for return adequately to avoid loss or damage in transit and obtain a proof of postage. Please include the order reference number in the package (ideally print off your order confirmation which contains details of your order). Items can be returned at your own cost to:

Swytch will then inspect the goods.

 
When to expect your refund

As long as the goods are deemed to be unused, Swytch will refund the price paid for the goods within amount days from the date you returned the goods to Swytch.

 
Exchange

Unfortunately we are unable to exchange goods – if you have purchased the incorrect size, please cancel or return the order for a full refund and re-order the correct size.

 
Faulty Goods

If you believe your goods are faulty please read our Warranty Policy. Then proceed to email us at support@swytchbike.com with the following information:

Proof of Purchase

If you return your goods, please do provide proof of purchase from Swytch Bike. Any third party-used items are not valid for a refund or warranty.

 
Goods we’re unable to refund

Any goods that do not fall under our warranty policy or are outside of our cancellation and 28 day refund period cannot be refunded.
